- Accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Approval required before returning
Non-Returnable
- Used or opened items
- Food & perishable items (once delivered)
- Custom or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Send your order number + photos
- We’ll replace or refund if approved
Refunds
- Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our error)
