Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Approval required before returning

Non-Returnable

  • Used or opened items
  • Food & perishable items (once delivered)
  • Custom or special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send your order number + photos
  • We’ll replace or refund if approved

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our error)

Order Cancellations

  • Allowed before processing/shipping only
