Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return requests must be submitted within:
- 7 days for packaging and disposable products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Custom-printed or branded products
- Special order items
- Food and perishable items once delivered
Please make sure to inspect all food and perishable items upon delivery, so our team can assist you right away if there are any issues.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned items have been inspected.
