Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are made to business customers and are subject to the terms outlined herein. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to this Returns & Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of food-service and commercial supply products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return only if:

A return request is submitted within the applicable timeframe;

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging;

The product is in resalable condition;

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided;

Written authorization has been issued prior to return shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Return Timeframes
Return requests must be submitted within:

Seven (7) calendar days from date of delivery for packaging and disposable products;
Requests made outside these timeframes may be denied at our sole discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Opened or used products;
-
Food-contact items once opened;
-
Custom-printed or custom-branded products;
-
Special-order or non-stock items;
-
Products not in original packaging.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Claims must include:

Order number;
-
Description of the issue;
-
Photographic evidence of the item(s) and outer packaging.
Failure to notify within this period may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the product;
-
Provide a partial or full refund.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, the purchaser is responsible for:

All return shipping costs;

Proper packaging to prevent damage;

Use of a trackable shipping method.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion and subject to payment processing limitations.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production or procurement has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or operational interruption.
